He's been there since I can remember,
Such an amazing person, both inside and out.
I've never had to ask or question him about anything
And his love I've never had to doubt.
When I think back on all he's done for me,
I learn to appreciate every move he makes.
Especially how he never notices my flaws,
Nor holds grudes to any of my past mistakes.
There aren't enough words to express his love,
He is by far the best man that I will ever know.
A man that is worth my life and so much more,
A grandpa that I couldnt imagine letting go!
His tone of voice, even his jokes, or laugh;
and his hugs and the way he's always whistling
Are things I've learned to be grateful for and love,
Together they're why I love him so immensely.
Nowadays, I hardly even see this wonderful man,
And I cry, as I remember how close we used to be
But now he's my angel and always right beside me .
